Our three signature journeys are full-body workouts designed to cater to different levels. Feel free to switch out the classes to create a well-rounded flow in your week.

Perfect for those who want to tone with a touch of cardio. This journey is designed to focus on targeted movements that get your heart rate up through the use of heavy spring resistance and dynamic movements to effectively tone and sculpt.

Bring your body and muscles back into balance so you can move optimally. This journey is all about creating space in the body while incorporating light toning exercises, and is an excellent choice for recovery or working on alignment. Take a stretch class on the same day as a strength or sculpt, or in between, to enhance your recovery and overall flexibility.
